Re: Mount Rushmore for ISU

I'd have to think of throwing Marv Seiler in there somewhere.

Waldo Wegner without question would need to be there.

Gary Thompson and Pete Taylor are great ones. I can't believe I left those two out.

Probably, but with 15 threads a day about football entrance music and team colors I thought it was alright to post.

I ment Keep posting the Mount Rushmore thread - I seem to recall this being an ugly debate a while back.

That list was funny and a nice break in the afternoon, I appreciated that one

OMG, David Mosby. Haven't thought about him in years.....and for good reason. Remember Qory Hodnefield (sp?). He was hilarious. (These were writers for the Iowa State Daily circa '92-'97.) My favorite line of his:

President Jischke answered a call for diversity with, "Hello, this is Martin."

Jack Trice, Johnny Orr, Dan McCarney, and Barry Stevens.

For Iowa, Dominique Douglas, Anthony Bowman, Arvell Nelson, and Pierre Pierce. But only if the sculptor can carve piles of cash, drugs, and liquor bottles into granite.

I respect no thread on ISU's "Mount Rushmore" without at least a mention of Lafester Rhodes.
