Why didn't southernhawk tell us this was coming in advance? After all, he talks to most of the Regents on a daily basis and knows even before they do what they will and will not do.

no he'll appropriate all of isu's satdium funds first and dissolve eiu and it's crappier (technical term) journalism (damn close but not quite isu's) and engineering(trailer out back of med school) schools
