This has come up a few times here...that word is filtered on many message board sites, because of the potential security threats s_cripts can cause by techie neer-do-wells.

I wish I would have thought to sell these myself ;) Oh c'mon Jon, if the demand wasn't there from Hawk fans - the shirts wouldn't exist. You knew what the point was of the post you quoted - we've been around spin and question-dancing to recognize it rather quickly. | |

I'm actually disappointing that the ISU game is the blackout game. I was kind of hoping it would be the Gold Rush game.
Oh well.

Isn't blackout day every Thursday-Friday-Saturday night in Iowa City?
You go drink until you blackout, then wonder why you wake up in a snow bank with frostbite fingers? | Oh we will fight, fight, fight for Iowa State, and may her colors ever fly! Go Cyclones, in accordance with Prophecy |

Despite it not meaning anything, nothing to gain, they hardly notice it moniker that every single hawkeye fan I've ever talked to, says?
Well, well, well.... that IS some cool spin you guys got going on, there....

Well, well, well.... that IS some cool spin you guys got going on, there.... No offense, but I would have rather seen Wisconsin, Penn State, Purdue, or even Northwestern be a _____ out game. I really would rather these things be spent on conference games.
That being said, had ISU been a must for a color-out, I suppose Blackout is the best option.

Seriously, who "colors-out" an in-state rivalry game??? Throw-back jersies and "Beat the XXXX" or "XXXX Suck!" make perfect sense. It's not like you need a "color" out to motivate people for an in-state rivalry, especially a competitive one like ISU-Iowa.
