Nice work....I attended school during the Walden era...I remember The Register reporting the athletic budgets of both schools during that time...UI was in the several millions while
ISU was in the 800,000 range. It has been fun to see progress on the field and off, with the facility upgrades. I also remember wanting to beat the Hawks so bad it hurt, my thinking has changed now....Kind of a "been there, done that" mentality now...I would much rather beat the big fish in the big 12, and have a nice place to vacation near jan 1.... But then again it's always fun to hear the excuses......
