Adblocker disable request popup

What's up with the adblocker popup I'm getting lately on nearly every click on the "New Post" link I make? Yeah, I use an adblocker, and no, I'm not going to whitelist the site. At least it doesn't force you to disable your adblocker (yet), but it's annoying.

It's pretty self-explanatory. We are a free publication that relies on advertising to survive so we are asking people to consider turning off ad blockers. That said, it shouldn't be following you around the site on every click so I will look into that. It will not be going away though.

McDonalds doesn't let people come into their stores and take free cheeseburgers. We will be making some moves on ad blockers over time too as the technology allows it.
