Feedback: Adds changing left hand corner

Just feed back but this is very loud and kind of annoying IMO...my eyes are constantly attracted to the add (good for the add) but is going to give me a headache.

I had this problem with IE on one computer. I went and installed all the IE updates, and it stopped...
