Lots of encouraging news from Iowa City over the last few days. Sounds like some extremely talented freshmen and sophomores are taking command at their respective positions- Kallenberger on the OL, DJ Johnson at the “cash” position Hooker played, and Nixon at DT.

Sounds like Iowa is also planning on switching between a 4-3, 4-2-5, and now even 3-4 on defense this year. In Phil we trust.

Lol

I'm really excited for the game this weekend. I think our defense is really stout and should hopefully hold Chubba pretty well. If he has less than 100 yards that will be a big win. The real battle will be between our O-Line, which has looked pretty good thus far, against the Okie State line. We need Breece to get over a 110

Imagine getting the draw of Purdue as your first game and then have it where they don't have their head coach and other staff members. Better to be lucky than good I guess

Still see Iowa struggling with a QB making his first start and Purdue having two future NFL receivers. I like the clones chances against an overated OSU.

IOWA - 24
PURDUE - 31

ISU - 38
OSU - 27

Last year, when Ohio State scored in the CFP semi-finals, that was the first point a Big 10 team had scored in the playoff since 2015, but yes, keep preaching about "Big Boy Football" lol.
