Arriving at RV Village question

We are new to RV Village and we are planning to arrive on Friday. I am just wondering if anyone has experience on best times to arrive? Do we need to be there by a certain time?

On Friday it should open at 8:00am and parking is allowed till midnight. All spots are reserved so get there at your leasure.

Depends. Do you want to be in the bags tournament? 1 pm. Shots contest? 4 pm. Key club? 8 pm.

Thanks for the replies. I was just curious if there was any times I should avoid, that might be busier with people arriving.

Avoid 8 am -8:30 am. After that folks arrive evenly.

We usually get there between 11-1 on Fridays. Never any issues or traffic to deal with

Do they have someone there all day on Friday to scan your parking pass?

Been there every time we have pulled in. The group that is there is pretty jovial. We usually throw them some cookies or something when we arrive and then a paper bag of "drinks" in the evening. Those guys run people around and help out all day. Good group.
