Congrats to the ladies!!!

I had to bowl tonight, but had no doubt, especially after needing to trade thumb grips. The correct size I needed for my red bowling ball was ... yellow!!!

The announcers keep going on and on about the ball state cinderella story. They won one fricking game against an average team. Not the upset of the century.

I'd say a 12 over a 5 is an upset.
Moreover, we've beaten two average teams to get to the Sweet Sixteen. And now with Duke out of the picture, we won't have to to score an "upset" until we play Stanford or Ohio State in the final eight.
I'd say, for once, the breaks are certainly falling ISU's way...

Falling ISU's way? I would say Bill F and the team have built this thing "falling" their way. You make your own "luck". Just ask Christy Johnson or Cael Sanderson. This team and coaching staff work their ***** off, and are good at what they do. If we had that in the other sports, more things would "fall" ISU's way.

You make your own luck.

Definitely not. I'm convinced Tennessee could have been a 16 seed and whoever beat them would instantly become a media darling. Actually makes me wish Tenn would have beat Ball State so we had a bigger spotlight on our program.

Anyone seen any Postgame Notes or post game video posted anywhere yet?

Yeah, I know it's late, but I'm still wired from the win :)

On finally breaking free from Ball State:
“When we were in the huddle with about four minutes left Coach Fennelly said that we’ve been up seven five or six times and
we’re either going to the Sweet 16 or not. I think we all put our foot down then and played with a lot of aggression and
passion and heart.â€￾

We need to play with passion and aggression and heart on Saturday.
