I was offered 4 of the lower level $330 tickets but I released them since I can't go. Just an FYI that one of you may be able to get them still.

Why were you even going for them then?

I was in the waiting room right away and got all the payment info filled out while I waited, so at 10am I was in and it took 2 seconds to purchase my 4 tickets. I didn't even take the time to see where the seats were until after I paid.

The hard part with that though is you have to get the tickets at Sprint Center Will Call.

Sorry I meant 2* tickets. I imagine it was because someone had them in their cart and never completed the sale.

Hopefully KU will lose early on and there will be a flood of tickets available for Fri/Sat.

There are some "tricks," such as going down to the Sprint Center early in the tournament, buy a cheap scalped ticket for a session not involving Iowa State and then try to buy the remaining strip of tickets from people whose team loses. There will be a row of scalpers waiting outside the Sprint Center (and a few inside) doing this.

I can't even imagine what KC would be like if KU AND ISU would get knocked out early. Tickets would be worth less than toilet paper.

And it is pretty easy to get tickets for any game other than ISU/KU and ISU in the championship game.

It really is. Last year I ended up watching KU/ISU in Power and Light when I couldnt score a decent price from scalpers on tickets. But it was still a lot of fun.

It depends on how the brackets play out. If Iowa State is the #2, Kansas State #7 and Kansas the #3 then in addition to Friday being an impossible ticket then Thursday night becomes the same way.
