Cyclones.com ticket transfer issue?

I'm trying to transfer a ticket for tomorrow's women's basketball game. I have tried both on the app and on my laptop and it keeps giving me a "processing error".

Is anyone else experiencing this? I've tried logging out and then back in, rebooting my phone, etc. Just wondering if there's something I'm missing.

I had that issue, but eventually it worked.
I've been trying to transfer it for about 45 minutes now.

I pretty much only use cyclones.com for only women's bball, and I've continually had issues with it. If the Athletic Department expects fans to use this primarily, you'd think it would work on a more consistent basis.

Oh wait.... Ticketmaster.

Mine worked fine. I was using the app.
