Oh, this is another good one. Whenever "Baby I Love Your Way" comes on the radio, I have to hit the brakes on the reflex to ask, "Is that Peter ******** Frampton?!?"

Nitpicking but some corrections for nitpicking sake because these things bother me:
Dead Flowers in Big Lebowski is Townes Van Zandt's version. He turned a rock song into someone singing like they're on their last leg and he nailed it. Beautiful. And Hallelujah is Leonard Cohen, not sure who's singing the Shrek version.

Haven't seen the following off the top of my head:
Wayne's World: Bohemian Rhapsody, Dream Weaver and Ballroom Blitz

Uncle Buck and Back to the Future: Mr. Sandman

And I'm convinced that this movie, despite its deficiencies and Christian Slater always looking like he just got out of a modeling shoot, maybe it's not that awful since this is about the 5th thread in the last 3 months that I've found a reference to be relevant. Talk about Every. Single. Time.
