I have arrived! I talked the powers that be into giving me my own forum space.

If you have any questions related to real estate, this is the space to ask.

I might also post some advice pieces about real estate here as well from time to time.

Not a ton of rules to this space other than other no agents posting their properties for sale or marketing themselves. Why? Because they didn't pay for it!

Thanks Fanatics and if I can help, just let me know!

Not really about real estate but do you have any recommendations on deck builders in the metro?

This may not be your exact area, but I figured I would at least ask and see if you could possibly point me in the right direction.

How would you go about finding out information about renting an apartment/house in a smaller location? Websites like apartments.com or apartment finder maybe list three possibilities in the town I'm looking at, then starts listing of properties in bigger locations around the town I'm looking at. When I know the town I'm looking at is big enough to have well more than three rental choices.
