Feedback: Is Rep Gone?

Sorry I tried using search but the term "rep" is too short.

Is rep no longer available? If so I can't find it.

I think it's a nice way to give a user a little shout out when you like something specific about their post, however you really don't want to make a reply to it in the thread as it's too specific and really doesn't add to the discussion.

It was relevant to the baby spiders coming out of the dead mother spiders egg sack. It gave the the jibblie jibblies.
