I think people need to keep in mind that the ranking is used to sort teams, but the nitty gritty sheets are what really determine a teams tournament resume. Take, for example, WVU. They have a high net ranking because they have played and won a lot of quad 2 and 3 games, but they are 0-2 in quad 1 games. Very doubtful if the tournament were seeded today they would get a seed that reflects a top 10 ranking. That would put them on the top of the 3 seed line, while on bracket matrix right now they are a 7 seed.
