Spouse lost password. After entering email address there is a prompt to verify - and seems there ought to be a captcha query, but there isn't. Can't get past that point and can't login as new with the same email.
Same thing in both Chrome and Explorer.try a different browser the captcha should show up

Tell me a little about yourself. I would like to conduct some research.In the future, I'd suggest that you use the term "Incorrect" as your password. That way, if you type in the wrong one, a message will appear that says, "Your password is incorrect." You will instantly remember it!
I've tried on two laptops and a desktop using Chrome Explorer running Windows 7 and 10 and Firefox. I'm inclined to agree - hopefully a host will take pity.I just tried resetting password on chrome, IE and Safari and the captcha would not show up on any of them. Appears to be a website issue.
