Lost Password Procedure

Spouse lost password. After entering email address there is a prompt to verify - and seems there ought to be a captcha query, but there isn't. Can't get past that point and can't login as new with the same email.

In the future, I'd suggest that you use the term "Incorrect" as your password. That way, if you type in the wrong one, a message will appear that says, "Your password is incorrect." You will instantly remember it!

I just tried resetting password on chrome, IE and Safari and the captcha would not show up on any of them. Appears to be a website issue.
I've tried on two laptops and a desktop using Chrome Explorer running Windows 7 and 10 and Firefox. I'm inclined to agree - hopefully a host will take pity.
