LOYOLA Chicago leaving MVC

We don't get the same revenue sharing or TV checks so compact geography is a good thing for everything that's not Men's Basketball...

The MVC teams really aren't that bad in terms of proximity.

Oddly, only four schools in Missouri have been full members of The Valley in its history and, with exception of a couple of early stretches, no more than one at a time (Source: Wiki*):

Missouri (1907-28)
Washington University (1907-1947)
Saint Louis (1937-1974)
Missouri State (1990-present)
*My interpretation is open to validation

I am surprised SEMO or UMKC have never been in it

It thought the crowd might have been bigger but it's tough to compete against NFL playoffs.

It filled in pretty well, as the crowd settled.
Best crowd of the 5 games I have attended this year.

No beer for me, but they do serve it.
