Mobile homepage not working

why does the home page look like this on mobile? Can't access articles. Only forums look as they should.

After working better for the Big 12 weekend, the performance of the Mobile CF has suffered this week. I don't know if it is the traffic, or what. But nobody will have time to tweak it, we will just have to put up with it.

Desktop doesn't work either at the moment. Think its a CSS problem.

Keep scrolling down and you will get to the articles/blogs.

This site, particularly the forums, is unusable via mobile with the floating ads and pop up redirects.
