One of the best things about the 80s when I was in middle school and high school was having one landline, rotary, wall-mounted telephone. Younger generations will never experience the thrill of the phone ringing... loudly... and not knowing who was calling, then that rush you'd get thinking it might be the cute girl from school who you liked and were told liked you. Of course most of the time it was one of your meathead friends or one of your dad's bowling pals. But there were always those times, it was the girl.

Midwest nostalgia. Everything spot on. Never went to Mt. Rushmore or the Dells but on other vacations the stuff in the car still happened.

Thank you Rulzzz. Our mixing bowl vomit bucket was also the bowl we’d put filets in while cleaning fish. Nice.

The most underrated part of the video is his hat. I loved road hunting pheasants with my dad. Spotting a rooster and having him smoke it from the middle of a gravel road was like crack for a 7 year old.
