He’s said CF premium is the only thing that keeps the site going. So maybe it wants you to take the jump :jimlad:

This is what the mobile site looks like right now. All of those ads are static so less than 1/4 of my screen is viewable at any moment.

Have you tried using Chrome rather than the app from the Playstore to read it on your phone?

The other thing is this site just drains batteries. Probably related to the pop ups.

No joke: I just went from an ad for "moist and creamy" from Hostess to vibrators from Adam and Eve.

The Firefox Focus browser is available on the iPhone and I see is at Google Play. It is a standalone browser and blocks ads. If you download it on the iPhone it also shows as an extension in the settings for Safari. You can flip the switch to use it there. I think it doesn't show the content of embedded tweets, and there doesn't appear to be a setting to allow this. But clicking where you see the tweet would otherwise appear, takes you to the tweet.

As a standalone browser, I think you have to log in to CF every time you start it up. But you don't have to log in necessarily just to read the threads.

The teeneage tampon commercials on the podcasts are what bother me. In sure a ton of young girls who don't know what a tampon is listen to CW and Blum every week.

I google Cyclonefanatic every time I come on and enter it that way. I don’t go through the cyclone fanatic app. That helps a ton

I don’t really care about the ads on the screen, but the constant page refreshes are a problem. About half the time I hit post reply it refreshes the page and it loses what I have typed.
