Here's my recap from tonight's thrilling victory against the Longhorns. It took overtime, but Iowa State got the job done. The big win pushes the Cyclones into fifth place in the Big 12 standings. Not only that, Iowa State also set the record for most consecutive games with a 3-pointer at 511.

There are also notes about Chelsea Poppens stellar play, an impressive home record and some fancy shoes.
