This is funny, in a bizarre sort of way. I can't figure out why this guy just sits there with all the comotion of the play going on around him.

I think he was trying to prove a point. Florida was off-sides, and he was instructed not to move.

Yeah, it was meant to be used in the case of an offsides, however, I think he was overacting the part.
