Been watching this graph for a few days and its been staying pretty steady- looks like another possible "shovelable" amount of the white stuff..... it will be interesting to see if the NAM is on board with the GFS when it gets in the correct range for its forecast.

You're all gonna die!

Weird again here today. Thunder and lightning during a snow squall. Preceded by rain. Followed by graupel and then more snow.

Hahaha. I was just looking at this. Some models do keep it north like @cyfan92 mentions, until late Sunday/overnight to Monday, while GFS has snow for pretty much the entire state with the heaviest being central/north central pretty much all day Sunday.

Beautiful first two weeks of October, Octemberish even Now looking like a two week stretch of maybe the worst Octsnowber weather since I have lived here (40 plus years). The Halloween storm of 1991 is sort of a legend here but that didn't start till the 31st. Snowing again today and the leaves are not even down on over half the trees.

October 26th of 97' we had about a foot of snow. Not a blizzard at all but bad enough. The 91' offering wasn't just about the snow and ice......but how cold it became after during the first week in November. I know they are forecasting cold the first part of next week.....but the cold in 91' IS stuff of legends for this early in the year.

Truth about that '91 snow. The snow that starting falling on the 31st did not melt till April. I had a huge orange pumpkin bag filled with leaves for Halloween decor and didn't see it again till sometime in March.
