If we get too much snow on the trees before the leaves come down, branches will start coming down. That happened sometime in the last 20 years. Memory is going too much to pinpoint when.

Pretty sure it happened sometime in the 97-99 timeframe, but I couldn't tell you which year.

Late 1997 or early 1998.
I was scheduled to meet with a real estate guy about commercial space. That storm led us to postpone.
