If you are a cyclone club member you can buy directly from ticket office I believe. I was picking up tickets for the Texas game and the guy in front of me asked if he could buy seats in the SEZclub 45 minutes before the game and she asked if he was a cyclone club member and he said yes she said ok and sold them to him. She didn't ask his donation level or name, he paid cash. Fwiw.
