4 Tix and parking pass to Texas Tech game

I have 4 tickets to the Texas Tech game and a parking pass to B5. The tickets are on the 40 yard line, 10 rows from the field. Great seats. They are on the Texas Tech Side. I go to every game but have an alumni hockey event I will be attending so can't make the game.
