"Ticket Transfer Technology" through the ticket office on Cyclones.com. The recipient prints a new paper ticket with bar code. Sending cancels the original ticket. I don't know how close to game time it can be done, but, obviously much closer than mail. I've already sent Mich. and will likely send some unused tix to local youth thorough the A.D.
