I just got back home.

Terrible passing and unforced errors. The team was just not the same ever since the Texas upset. It's a different game when you can't sneak up on someone. I still can't get over the screw job by the NCAA's. I really think ISU is a tough team to prepare for...unless you have already seen them twice before in the season. There were several girls that just didn't show up tonight. No energy. It appeared to me as though the coaching staff made numerous adjustments but the girls just could not execute. I hate to say it but there were very few bright spots.

My hat is off to the Nubbers. Ever since we beat them in Lincoln they got better and better. they underachieved this year but thanks to peaking at the right time and the NCAA they might make it interesting tomorrow night. Though she is an awesome player and will only get better, I cannot freaking stand Hannah Werth. She gets a little too excited when she (note SHE not the rest of her team) makes a play. There is a whole lot a ugly going on there. Has she been gender tested? As annoying as it was, I liked NU's cheers/chants for individual players. Similar to the Whoosh of Mahoney but more of them.

I generally get along very well with NU fans. I happened to sit next to a ***** that knew very little about VB but he did not realize it.

BTW - I don't often say this but great job by the band tonight. They did a great job supporting the team.

Disappointing match to watch. It looked just like our match at Hilton against the Huskers. Keep in mind what CJL and her staff have done with this program - tremendously overachieved against teams like Nebraska, Texas, and even A&M - teams with superior talent. I still can't imagine us beating the Huskers in Lincoln earlier, but we did.
Great, great atmosphere at Qwest with 9000 in attendance. Great Nebraska fans. Great screw job by the NCAA in making it an Big 12 tournament. I would have rather been beaten 3-0 by Penn State in Gainesville, or by Stanford in Palo Alto, than having to play Neb and Texas for the third time.
Should be an epic match tonight between Tex and Neb - but it's still not fair to Tex.

Yeah, I find it disgusting that they turned our bracket into a Big XII tournament. I would have loved to see us play some good teams we don't play every year.
