    Re: Send in the JHawks...

KU's star player 6'5" had two point-blank layups over cole and Hallie and MISSED them both and we got a jump ball... then we were up by 1 with the ball and 7 seconds left and ALL we had to do was inbound the ball successfully, hold it for the foul, and we would win the game!

We literally just had to hold the ball to win.... But instead, our inbounds pass bounced off Kelsey Harris's leg and KU made a shot, and drew a foul, and we lost. Unbelievable.

Too much to ask. No way we should lose that game. How can we throw that inbound pass? Bolte was getting held. No call. What a joke. You have to try to throw it to her to draw that, so we throw to who? Bad play call. 3 girls on our 2.

Davis hits the turn-around, Hallie fouls.

    K-State lost, I think.

    Agree!

Ugh, I can't believe they had that turnover! They didn't play smart at all. Silly fouls, silly turnovers lost us another game. :(

Hallie, Bolt, and Pop came to play but nobody else did.

We do not do good at away games.

Hope to win a few games soon. I hate seeing the girls lose because they work hard but they're young.

Would like to see Fennelly's post game pc after this one. Every time Davis touched the ball in the last few minutes and OT we were called for a foul. IMO we crush KU with Prinns.

I have to say, this doesn't look like the standard ISU women's team. They are definitely better in some areas than usual, but, boy....

have to give the credit for the fight back, but two tough losses on the road. Glad next game is at Hilton. I never think at CU or KU are going to be wins, and KSU will be a tough one too. Its like OU and ISU have targets on their back for these teams because they know they can't touch AM and Baylor, so they go after OU and ISU for their glory.

The ball handling looks as bad as it did the first of the year.

File it away in the archive of ISU finding another creative way to grasp defeat from the jaws of victory.

Bill took blame for it. He seems okay. He doesn't understand it.

With our fans and Prins, we should crush them at home. What's the difference? Anna and her 5 fouls to give, but the calls on the road vs home. Shouldn't be that way.

KU will never play this well again this year. Won't. Total gift by the officials, but some of these fouls we're committing. Stupid.

    Coach Fen's postgame quote:

“We were supposed to catch the ball. We knew they would double team Bolte and they did. We work on that all the time. We set a screen, and we need to catch the ball. We put Kelsey in the game because she’s a better free throw shooter. The ball is in your hands and you’ve got to catch it. We didn’t catch it and the ball went out of bounds. We were running out of players in the post because they fouled our whole team out basically, so that’s what happened.”

Fail to see why he's calling out Harris, a freshman, like that. It was a horrible pass by Mansfield.
