    However, if his health battle has taken a lot out of him, I could see him taking a leave of absence for one year. How do you think Jack or Jodi would do at the helm temporarily?

    I know that Jack is the Associate Head Coach. But I've also noticed that Jodi has been the voice of the program quite a bit while Bill can't.

    I know Jack missed a game recently; his father is in poor health.

    But I think, going back further, that Jodi has done more "PR" stuff in the past than Jack has.

    His father passed away. I'm not sure that was ever mentioned here or in the media. According to the obit, he passed away the evening of the game Coach Easley missed, so it was very good he missed the game to visit him.
