Second time I've heard of Nasty Emails to BF
Class coach, class program, good players . . . GREAT Tradition. How shameful . . . that a few malcontents can run a GREAT coach away from Iowa State. Coach . . don't leave . . .we need you in the women's game.
The Big XII needs you too . . . i

You really think that a few nasty emails from people are going to cause him to leave? I doubt that very much, unless he has paper thin skin.

The Big XII needs you too . . . i Wow man, step off the ledge. No coach can please everyone and has to have thick skin to deal with outside criticism. Fennelly knows it's part of the game in coaching

He mentioned earlier in the season (given the losing streak and criticism) . . he would evaluate (his status) at the end of the season.
I was surprised to hear him mention it after the big Texas win (i.e. emails).
Surprised you haven't followed or heard of it.

Kind of low to send nasty emails to a coach who has cancer and has been struggling this season. C'mon cyclone nation we're better than this.

Re: Second time I've heard of Nasty Emails to BF
I'm assuming the OP is making a reference to this comment from Bill (from Ian's write-up about the game): Fennelly on his team’s turnaround after starting Big 12 play 0-5
“I have a file of very nasty emails that I’m saving that I haven’t shared with any players. But Jamie (Pollard) texted me everyday, kept emailing, ‘You’re fine. Keep working at it. You’re going to get better.’ That meant a lot to all of us.”
This isn't anything new...people who feel overly entitled always email out things that they shouldn't.

Yeah, he should probably keep that to himself, and also grow thicker skin if it's bothering him.
There are far more people that support the man, than don't.

I seriously cant believe that people think the sky is falling after a down year with womens bball. He has had our girls in the tournament and people still arent happy. Get a grip people! Things will be ok.

Re: Second time I've heard of Nasty Emails to BF
I like BF. I might send him an encouraging tweet this weekend. Let's show him a little support! He's got the girls back on track this season. They're 4-1 in their last 5 games a and they may still be able to make the tourney!
