Baylor - suspensions
Will there be suspensions on the women's team? Then entire starting lineup was already on the bench when they all ran out onto the court due to an altercation. Isn't leaving the bench an automatic suspension. Should be, but maybe I'm missing something.

Re: Baylor - suspensions
They said on the TV that they were ejected from this game, but they won't be suspended from the next game.

They said that on TV, but if you've watched much of the women's game, you'll realize that the worst thing about the game is the fact that the officials don't have a clue. The bad officiating makes it almost unwatchable. I don't know the rule for women leaving the bench, as it probably rarely happens. Just because the O's on the court said that doesn't mean it is the correct rule.

Re: Baylor - suspensions
I wouldn't blame officiating on the reason why women's basketball is un watchable.

they pass better to open players, better spacing, ball screens that actually work, they box out, hit free throws, do a lot of fundamentals better than the more Athletic Men's version....

Re: Baylor - suspensions
What the hell even happened? I wasn't watching for obvious reasons.

Re: Baylor - suspensions
"When anyone other than the head coach leaves the bench
and enters the playing court but does not participate in the
fight, only one technical foul shall be assessed regardless of
the number of offenders. This one foul is charged indirectly
to the head coach. For any single flagrant 2 technical foul,
the ball shall be awarded to the offended team at the point of
interruption. When a single flagrant 2 technical foul occurs
during intermission for the second or extra period, play shall
resume with a throw-in to the offended team on either side of
midcourt. This flagrant 2 technical foul applies toward the
team-foul total, and the offender(s) shall be ejected but not
subjected to suspension."
No suspension.
