Everything I hear about her is that she's a big-time basketballer. She's from Iowa City, so that's a recruiting disadvantage right there.
A lot of Hawk ties to her as well, Mom Karen played field hockey there plus I believe her Dad is Al that played basketball at UI. Will be a long shot but it is good that we are getting her on campus.

I think the bigger question is how much she wants to play with Buckley again. They played together this summer for All Iowa Attack and Jadda had the feeds coming into Haley all the time. Lorenzen has great foot work for someone that young and that big. Good low post defender and good moves for a junior in high school. Iowa may have an edge but also maybe she doesn't want to be the other Lorenzen and wants to make a name of her own. Keeping my fingers crossed on this one. I hope we are at least talking to the Winters kid out of Ankeny. She is a 6-3 sophomore this year and may be the best in Iowa in 2015.
Both Steyer and Fennelly suggest there will be more than one special quest this weekend. Any ideas on who else? Hope they both went to VB and FB.
