I'm going to go with North Dakota. They had snow within the past 24 hours and it is cold there. Not really a state you would go through to get somewhere else. Also because of the little population not much reason to go there.

Billy's been in Canada before, unless he is traveling to a province in Canada he has never been to before.

Anyone able to track down whether he has ever been to North or South Dakota. I'm going with N Dakota. They had snow, it is bitter cold and they have a shot clock. Here in washington the populated centers didn't get much for snow and are much warmer. I doubt he is near me at all which is probably the most winter like weather in the state. I could see him having been in S Dakota before, but N Dakota is out of the way. You wouldn't get layovers there. No need to drive through. No major university that you might be playing at.

I hear you are in trouble finding women in North Dakota, let alone basketball players. Someone told me once, women are more rare in North Dakota than trees. And that is pretty rare. No offense to North Dakota girls. What I hear in South Dakota is hearsay.

Sounds like he was about 40 minutes away from Sioux City.

He is in South Sioux. That solves the mystery. He could be in Nebraska or South Dakota.

I had never been to South Dakota, until I moved here. Now I should rephrase that, I visited the Black Hills and spent vacation there once. The wonders of South Dakota, I hope he finds someone really good to recruit with some height.
