Both tough losses too. The men played their a$$es off and came up short, and the women (and the city of Des Moines) really needed a W to lock up the NCAA's. Hopefully the women are still firmly on the bubble though.

I REALLY doubt the women get in unless they win at least 2 in their tourny.
If they are the 8 seed in the Big 12s no way should they/ will they make the NCAA.

Compared to the Big 10, one co-champ, Ohio St. is ranked 22nd. The other co-champ, Iowa, received 7 votes.
Big 12 rankings:
8. Baylor
11. Oklahoma
17. Texas A&M
19. Kansas St.
20. Oklahoma St.
The Big 12 is the best conference this year, hands down, and yes, with 1 win in Kansas City, we will make the tournament. | |
