(As far as J.D. Rios being a good coach to learn from, he must not have learned everything - this is the guy that decided to have his 1996 North Wildcats state tournament team sit on the ball with 6:00 remaining in the 4th period with a 1-point lead. Mason City knocked it out of bounds once attempting to steal with about 3:00 on the clock, and about a minute later actually did steal it, took it down for the layup, and never gave the lead up after that - sorry, didn't mean to thread-jack...)
