Six-point possession is pivotal in Cyclone win
Iowa State is known for its 3-pointers, but the Cyclones needed a six-point possession to put away No. 21 Oklahoma State in today’s 63-55 women’s basketball victory at Hilton Coliseum.
The game was the Big 12 Conference opener for both teams and both traded punches throughout a clawing, physical contest that saw 11 ties and five lead changes and was played before a boisterous crowd of 8,036.
