She was walking on it during the post game handshakes. I would assume if it were a sprain or something they'd keep her off of it.

Nicky was bouncing around pretty good during the post game celebration, so I was hoping for the best.

Wieben was wearing a protective boot over her left foot today at the press conference.
Fennelly said x-rays were fine and her status is day-to-day, but if the game was tonight he said she wouldn't play.
Nicky was confident she would be ready to go but will continue to wear the boot until Saturday.

They just interviewed her in KCCI sports and she didn't say much. Its alittle swollen and she wouldn't play tonight. But sounds like she will be ready to go by sat (hopefully). She really didn't say much about it. She had a smile on her face though, if that matters...

She's A-Ok. Nicky and the coaches are merely sandbagging, messing up MSU's game plan.

Those of you in the know please keep the rest of us up to date on Nicky's injury. The USA Today this morning makes it sound as if she is questionable at best for Saturday.

I'm currently at the team hotel and she was down at the hot tub last night icing and heating her ankle for a while. She said it was getting better so hopefully we'll see her get some playing time tomorrow!
