Before this game and night is over everyone should ask themselves: What would you have said at the begging of the year if we said we would have a CHANCE to go to the Final 4?

Think about that - we are still in a very special place. Yes I hope we can find a way to pull this one out, but dang man - we are 1 OF ONLY 8 TEAMS THAT ARE STILL ALIVE! (Well 7 as Maryland is out)

It sounds like a lot of you are settling for the beating we're taking right now. I'm friends with a lot of these girls and have played pick up games and stuff with them, and I can assure you they aren't happy about this. I've been in practice when Bill has gotten upset and seen how truly scary that guy can be. I'm not giving up on them for a second or settling for how this is going, and I know from being friends with some of the players that they aren't going to give up. No one in that locker room is going to settle, so we as fans shouldn't either.

You need your lenses checked. Dreadful and Horrendous weren't used at all. Or maybe you just see what you want to see.

Are you really that sensitive? There's being a dreadful coach/player in general and having a dreadful moment or a dreadful game. No one here is saying the BF sucks as a coach. They're just saying our team's performance this half is lackluster and that our strategy is not working. And to be perfectly honest, letting a girl drop 27 on you in one half is dreadful. I don't think anyone in that locker room would disagree with that assessment.

Not another comment about McDermott in this thread, its not appropriate.

It will be a miracle if we win, but I don't think Stanford will pull ahead any further. I think we will come out and play better, partly because we were playing better at the end of the half.
