Nope, he wasn't.
no.
Cue for someone to pipe in saying we should have offered her to try and get HB to come here.
Have to wonder if Bluder moved on the schollie after Fennelly had two guards decide to leave? Although she had "committed" to Iowa, how binding is it if you don't have a scholarship?
I am? The Big Ten has been poor in WBB for several years, but seems to be improving again. It wasn't long ago that it was one of the strongest conferences, but REALLY took a nose dive.
Seems like not matter what the sport, what the topic, somebody finds a way to bash the conference. I'm just sayin'.
I'm not debating how good of player she is but apparently she did not fit BF's vision for a player at ISU. Unless I am mistaken she was NOT offered by ISU. I highly doubt this was because Iowa offered her first. In my opinion this is probably a case of a coach not feeling that a player fits his scheme.......

NOT AGAIN!!
BF didn't offer because they didn't have room. He took Claire Rockall instead and with ISU having 15 players, he couldn't have even dressed her in uniforms. Having a local kid as a walk-on (even with a promise of a scholarship later) on the bench in street clothes just isn't a good idea.
I'm guessing if he knew he was going to lose 3 players (including 2 guards) he would have taken her. She wouldn't have bailed at the first sign of adversity (yelling or playing time).
She isn't as good as Williams but better than Yackley. Oh well, she'll have fun at Iowa playing with Printy et all.
