I guess it happens in WBB too.

After getting a scholly offer from Stanford, James goes from unranked to 18.

Sara James has the key to her high school gym, and now she's No. 18 on the HoopGurlz Hundred - ESPN

Yep, when someone under the radar goes to their favored, elite schools, the rankings change.
