KSU won 70-63. They were down 11-1 early on but tied the score at 23 and were up 35-27 at the half. The game stayed pretty close throughout the second half but KSU never gave up the lead.
I watched most of the game. Big deal they finally won a game but barely and against a sub par opp. I can't wait like I said for ISU to play them. No one they have can guard Prins or Poppens and Lacey will have a field day against those freshman PG's. BF will also make sure to shut down Sweat (who tonight to win had to score half KSU points) and make someone else on KSU beat us.
I do remember the name. Didn't she claim burnout or something like that?
Yeah. The below link says she'll be graduating from Missouri in 2010 with a degree in nursing. It doesn't look like she ever returned to high-level basketball, so she really must have been pretty burned-out. If so, she definitely made the right choice.
