Bracketology
has ISU as a 12 seed. I hope the Drake loss doesn't haunt us come March. This team has surprised me(Poppens is looking like the tough as nails physical post I have been dreaming ISU would have one day), as being truthful, I was worried they would make the tourney this year with so many young players and the Big 12 is deep and tough this year. Right now I could see 9 teams having a chance to make the tourney this year, 10 if KSU turns the corner. Should be interesting. Bracketology - ESPN -

Re: Bracketology
I hate these Bracketology guys. I guess I really don't know much about women's bball but a 12 seed for ISU seems way too low. As for Lunardi, that moron only has five Big 12 teams in the dance as of now, which is less than the SEC. He has absolutely no clue.

He has absolutely no clue. the reason he has us so low is its either that or a 4 or a 5.. so honestly.. thats not that bad right now.. now do i think we can be a 4 or a 5? most Def.. but because we are hosting, that is why he has us listed so low
Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative. ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other." -

"That moron" Lunardi has an amazingly good track record at predicting which teams get into the tournament at the end of the season. His method is pretty solid.
Creme isn't nearly as good at it.

Creme isn't nearly as good at it. I'd like to see what his track record is like before the conference season starts. It's a lot easier to pick tourney teams after the conference tournament, which would totally inflate his accuracy. I just don't see how he can only include five Big 12 teams.

Bracketology is based on hard data, and what has already happened, versus qualitative predictions for what will happen. It's entirely based on things like RPI and strength of schedule. That data is used to predict the remainder of the season. He applies the same formulas now as he will in February.

Re: Bracketology
As long as we get her back and healthy in the heart of the conference schedule, there isn't any reason why the ladies shouldn't be a 4-5 seed.

Re: Bracketology
