    Iowa State Plays Host to Cyclone Challenge, Dec. 29-30
    AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State women’s basketball team will play host to four teams in the Cyclone Challenge on Dec. 29 and 30. Games will start at 5 p.m. each day, and the Cyclones will take the court at 7:30 p.m. ISU will face North Carolina A&T on Tuesday and Fairfield on Wednesday. UMKC will also participate in the tournament, but will not face ISU.

    When: Tuesday-Wednesday, Dec. 29-30, 2009 • 5/7:30 p.m.
    Where: Ames, Iowa • Hilton Coliseum (14,356)

    umkc is currently beating fairfield 40-35.. Iowa State should win by at least 30 in tonites game and tommorows
    Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

    ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other."

    first game was a good game.. fairfield losing one of their best players with a lil over a minute left really hurt them

    A&T has cane in with a very good game plan and mix that with missed lay ups and bad defense and u get a score of 52-51 ISU with 7:32 left.. ISU needs to step it up now
