on, by all accounts, a great season. We played in the toughest conference in the nation and more than held our own. Can't wait for next year!

are lacey and stuckey the only 2 seniors we lose that have much pt? lacey will be greatly missed obviously, stuckey is replaceable i would think.
who will our starters be next year?

bolte, prins, poppins, schroll?, and a 5th?

who are we bringing in for recruits?

Great year team and coaches, far exceeded almost all the expections, except your own. Also big-ups to the fans that support our women so well. You deserve some thanks too. You make a difference, probably more than you know. Everybody wants to play in front of a big and supportive crowd, and you guys deliver.

Today hurt - but I really don't think any are surprised. Like BF always says forget about what you didn't do - because ya'll did some amazing things this year!

I think it will be down to her or Whit Williams. Bolte, Prins, and Poppens are probably locks. So then probably 2/3 from the Mansfield, Williams, Schroll pool.

amazing season this year! the fact that this team lost so many players from last years team and gets picked 7th in the big 12.. to finish 2nd and make it to a sweet16 is simply amazing..

Congrats to Bill and the ladies for a great "rebuilding year" the future is bright! I'll admit I was ready for a down year after they lost at Drake... which I believe was the second game?

PG: Williams
SG: Bolte
SF: Schroll
PF: Poppens
C: Prins

Thank you ladies for a great season!!! It was very exciting. Aus and Denae we will miss you, and to the others, we look forward to your future years here at ISU. Back to the Sweet Sixteen and beyond next year!!!!

I agree, Not bad for a rebuilding year.

As for next year I also see mansfield in the running for PG, and maybe Harris too for starting position as well - you don't get a kid from Cali just to put her on the bench.

1 Williams/Mansfield
2 Harris
3 Bolte
4 Poppens
5 Prins

or same lineup except Bolte at the 2, Schroll at 3 and Harris first one off bench.

Great season! I'm really looking forward to seeing how this year's freshman continue to develop. Everything seems to be a teachable moment for Bill and his staff, and I'm sure today's game will be no different.

Pop--while relentless, tough, and possessing a little mean streak--probably needs to develop a little mid-range jumper. Prins--who has flashes of brilliance--certainly needs to get physically stronger and work on setting up the defender in the post. Schroll--who's probably more physically gifted than she shows--needs to gain confidence in her 3-pointer. And I think Zimm is going to develop into a nice all-around player.

That said, can't wait for next season. Congrats to Bill, staff, and the Twister Sisters. As always, the Cyclone Nation is proud of you.
