While I agree to a certain extent with you... I wouldn't say going to battle every year with Baylor, Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska twice (this year), Andrea Riley....(I mean Oklahoma State), and Texas A&M is easy. The Big XII is the toughest conference in the country by far which makes what BF has done with this program is nothing short of amazing.Quote:

I have been to most Big Ten and Big Twelve campuses, and we measure up very well unless you want a big city atmosphere. BF is really really really nice guy and I really really really appreciate everything he does for Ames community. I always have opportunity to meet him when he comes down and play against KU. He just represents Iowa State so well. If anyone has any problems with him, they can just leave Iowa State.
I'm sure the nasty voice message is from a Hawk Troll. There is no way, an ISU WBB fan is disappointed.
Being rated as a great place to live (or a great place to retire) by the AARP and other publications geared toward the retirement-age demographic doesn't exactly help sell Ames to a 15-18 year-old.Quote:
