I think wrestling is going to a home and away schedule so we will have 6 conference meets now instead of 4 like previous years.Quote:

1st part is right, champion is not an auto qualifer. But that last part is wrong. Still the same as in the past. If 3 get automatic bids at 174, the top 3 go no matter who they are.

157 - Moreno
165 - Sorenson
174 - Spangler
184 - Ward, Shafer
197 - Gadsen
Hwt - Gibson
Simonson is out part or all season because of knee surgery and Gadsen is out until the Iowa dual because of shoulder.
At 133 - Schlosser is trying to get in because of grades, maybe Cash or another true frosh.

Maybe the kid from Hawaii can step in immediately at 133??? I know he's raw but his videos show a lot of talent and quickness, although he gets out of position quite often which he won't be able to do at this level.
