    ISU needs to do something to get wrestling back to where it was. Gable certainly knows wrestling, but I am still skeptical about this one...

    You are a fool then. Pollard was paying him enough, it's just PSU came in with a better offer and resources.

    It has been too warm to believe that Dan Gable would do anything for ISU. He is all Iowa and Hell is not freezing over. We are stuck with this situation and because wrestling is a minor sport( I love wrestling) JP is not going to anything to build it up. Most schools would just as soon it went away.

    That maybe why Dan comes back. He wants wrestling to be stay. If he comes maybe he can get some money back into the program and make it better for the future.

    Good Points, but I don't think he would do anything in Iowa that might hurt Iowa. I could see him doing it in some other state first.

    Both schools can have good programs. Iowa is in good shape and itsn going anywhere.

    Kind of contradictory statements.

    Don't think JP handled the situation very well... but obviously not entirely your faul. You learn how to handel those situations over time.

    Bring Gable back to ISU to help out and not just for ISU but for the Big 12. The Big 10 has it in wrestling. Bring Gable in and Try to get some of the other Big 12 schoos in!
