Coaches
Iowa State is currently looking for a lightweight assistant coach. Anyone heard anything on that position.
Available coaches who could step into be head assistant:
Sammie Henson: big name, motivator, lots of baggage, wants to be head coach and paid like it
Mike Mena
Cory Cooperman
Lee Pritts
The other option would be to bump Travis to head assistant bring in a senior level guy as either the 2nd assistant or volunteer coach, but we would be left with a staff with very little experience.
Queso: Is reporting Chris Bono will be the new Head Coach at South Dakota State. It will be interesting to see if he tries to lure someone like Zabriskie there.
Missouri also needs to replace a upperweight assistant after Matt Pell resigned this year

Heck, your first post was to tell Queso how much you agreed with him.
Most of Queso's alts only have a few posts, are you his long term alt or something? I can't think of any other reason why an ISU fan would even acknowledge that shitstain of a human being.

Re: Coaches
While I don't agree with his twitter queso has the most inside information of any wrestling poster on the internet. He has called more coaching charges before anyone else. He called Bono's resignation, Mark Perry to Illinois, Bormet, Pritzlaff, Pat Popolizio, and many others.
I bet he is happy you decided to hijack the thread to make it about him.

Re: Coaches
I think Sammie Henson is the 1st choice. I think he is demanding alot and that is making the decision difficult. My main concern is would Sammie be here in 2 years and if he left would the fans blame KJ or say it is just Sammie. Can KJ afford to have another assistant leave! Even thou I think Yero was told to go.

I like the Paulsons but I dont think that would make any sense really. We already have out upper weights covered and progressing, we need someone to come in and cover the lower weights.

Re: Coaches
Now that Andrew Long's wrestling career is over, maybe he wants to get into coaching. KJ does have a previous relationship with him...

He doesnt deserve to be givin an opportunity like that. I was ok with him getting a second chance here, but what he did at Penn St. is unforgiving imo.

Re: Coaches
Sorry about that, didn't think I needed a after that one. In no way do I think Andrew Long would be a wrestling coach at ISU.
