There is an ex ISU wrestler from 8 years ago who lives in DSM area and is an ast coach at WDSM Dowling. I seen him last summer at Lied walking around in a Penn St wrestling shirt with coach Douglas. We talking about the same person SamsB?

He would definitely know something about driving a program into the ground.

I know who cheese is. Unfortunately, he's an ex ISU wrestler from about 8 years ago. Coached as an assistant in the des moines area. Extremely solid info from coaches and media throughout des moines. He's a huge goober...don't worry about what he posts/tweets.

This is true everyone...KJ and company have known for a while who the cheese was. Once he posted insults towards his wrestlers and his son on twitter during the NCAA's there was an investigaion and his IP address was found. Because of who he was, such an insignificant person who was bitter he was not retained in any coaching role at ISU, it was decided they would not press charges. Thus is why he also has not been banned again from any message boards. But he does get inside info cosidering he is still close to some people in the program, that's unfortunate, but KJ can not tell his wrestlers or coaches who to remain friends with and again, the guy is sooo very insignificant. Although...I'm sure the kids, parents, administration and other coaches would be disappointed to learn the truth. All records are kept and downloaded from the message boards and twitter, so in case he does pull what he pulled after the NCAA's then yes he will publicly be outed. In the mean time cheese, rant and rave about KJ....he doesn't care, nor should any of you.
